Location

Pacific Coast, Playa Espadilla - 4 miles south of Quepos, about 1 mile north of Manuel Antonio National Park, famous for its stunning combination of tropical rainforest and white sand beaches. You can get from San Jose to Quepos most conveniently by air in 25 minutes or you can drive by car/bus in approximately 3 hours.

Description

The house is situated off the scenic coastal road, approximately 50 yards down a paved but rather steep driveway, which also serves two neighboring private residences. It has a beautiful large hammock deck with a breathtaking view of Playa Espadilla and the main offshore island.

High ceilings and large screened windows create a spacious and airy atmosphere, beautiful hardwoods, local pottery and halogen accent lighting enhance the interior.

This upscale getaway is not just another rental condo, but the ideal place for 2 + people, who would like to treat themselves in a stylish environment. Fully furnished and equipped, it offers one bedroom, one bathroom with a great shower and hot water, a large living room / complete kitchen / dining area and a walk-in closet with a washing machine.

A nice stereo, cable TV+VCR, as well telephone are naturally included.

For your culinary pleasures, a gas BBQ invites you to experience and enjoy the readily available fresh seafood and vegetables.

Maid service will clean the house twice a week and provide fresh linens and towels.

Within walking distance you will find most of Manuel Antonio's best restaurants in beautiful outdoor settings, also swimming pools, shops and cafés are nearby.

Terms

DEPOSITS: 50% to book, balance is due 30 days prior to date of occupancy (90%refundable only if rebooked for same time).

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $300 due one week before arrival. Fully refundable.

Rentals less than one week have a 15% surcharge, 3 days minimum.

Rates are for 2 guests. Each additional person over 6 years (2 max.) per day : $30 / $50 / $80 (low / high / peak)

Check-in is after 2 PM, Check-out is before 10 AM.
